How to Dress in Middle School

Once you enter middle school, you'll notice the rules about how to dress completely change. Your friends suddenly show interest in where everyone shops and judge fellow students on their style. You'll want to try and dress well when attending middle school.

Instructions

1. Follow the school dress code. You don't want to find yourself in trouble or sent home for something that you wear to school.

2. Choose your style. If you're into the skater look, then pick up some clothes at shops like Hot Topic that match this style. If you're more preppy, then shop at stores like American Eagle that carry clothes that appeal to this style.

3. Pick out matching accessories to wear with your clothes. For example, if you like to dress in a girly style, then get a matching purse and shoes for your outfit.

4. Groom yourself well before you get dressed in the morning for middle school. This means showering, shaving and using deodorant. Brush and style your hair as well before picking out your outfit.

5. Give yourself plenty of time to get dressed. If you have a hard time deciding on an outfit, you may want to lay out your clothes the night before.

Tips & Warnings

• Guys can usually get away with dressing sloppier in middle school. They have a tendency to dress better once they enter high school.

• If you wear makeup, only wear a little. In middle school, you can leave your face natural and maybe only put on lip gloss.
