How to Dress Like a Bohemian
Bohemian fashion is one of the few looks that has never gone out of style. Today, dressing like a Bohemian is not only simple and inexpensive but, with A-list celebs like Johnny Depp and the Olson twins sporting the style, it's also incredibly cool.

1
Start with a pair of ragged, well worn jeans as your foundation. Add studs, tears, paint stains and anything else that make the jeans look like they've been through a cultural and artistic battle with you. Complement the jeans with a big and very noticeable leather belt, preferably something that looks hand crafted.

2
Find shirts and tops that flare at the collar and the sleeves. If you have normally cut shirts, leave the cuff buttons open. Throw a plain vest on top of the shirt and then wrap a loose scarf around your neck and let the tails hang down around your sides.

Look out for quirky head wear such as old fedoras, for men and women, elegant and floppy sun hats for the ladies and even bowler hats if you want to borrow from the past. To adapt the Bohemian style to your local style, wear a Bono-style cowboy hat or a raggedy mesh truckers hat.

Accessorize to take your Bohemian dress to the next level with silver bangles, drooping necklaces, lots of earrings and rings on almost every finger. Tie small pieces of silk scarf or ribbon to pieces of jewelry and punch studs into leather bracelets. Dress your Bohemian style up with a pair of aviator sunglasses and even consider some eye liner.
