International Boli Day (IBD) is the last Thursday of September. On IBD, friends and families gather to socialize, celebrate friendships, and enjoy stromboli. Stromboli are a lot like calzones; they are sandwiches made out of pizza dough and filled with several different meats and cheeses. Follow these steps to learn how to celebrate International Boli Day with your friends.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Decide whether you want to go out to eat stromboli at a restaurant or make it yourself. If you eat homemade stromboli, you can really get into the spirit of International Boli Day because you and your friends can bake them together.

  2. Step 2

Find a restaurant that serves stromboli. You can usually get stromboli at pizza places, but some Italian restaurants sell them too.

  3. Step 3

Buy the ingredients you will need to make your stromboli if you want to make them yourself. You can use almost any meat and cheese combination so be creative; try a few different kinds.

  4. Step 4

Invite your friends over to help you make Stromboli. Everybody can make the kind of stromboli they want and everybody can taste each other's.

  5. Step 5

Provide plenty of beverages for your friends to enjoy. Try to provide a variety so they have lots of options.

  6. Step 6

Set out a lot of dips for the stromboli. Variety is the key; marinara sauce is usually used, but you can also try ranch dressing or garlic butter.

  7. Step 7

Enjoy catching up with friends. Good conversation with good friends is the fun of International Boli Day.
