How to Create a GameFAQs Account

GameFAQs is a site dedicated to providing forums that focus on video games. The website hosts FAQs and walk-throughs for various video games, such as Xbox, PSP, PlayStation 2 and the like. A separate message board is available for each game. Game-play help is also provided for each game. You can get almost any information related to a video game from GameFAQs' large database.

Instructions

1. Go to the GameFAQs official website, and navigate to the "New GameFAQs Account" page (See Resources below.)

2. Fill in your personal details. Select and enter a user name and password. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Check the "I Agree" radio button. Click the "Register" button.

3. Sign in to your email account and check to see if you have received an email from GameFAQs for registration.

4. Click the link or copy and paste the entire link into a new browser window and click "Go." Log on to your GameFAQs account with the email address and password provided.

5. Browse the message boards and join in the conversations. Always be sure to use appropriate language.

Tips & Warnings

• You do not need to register all over again if you already have an account on "MP3," "GameSpot" or "TV". You can use the same email and password to log in.
• GameFAQs requires that you be at least 13 years old to open an account. If you are underage, your account will be banned.
