How to Carry a Girl

There are a number of situations where you might find yourself needing to carry a girl. Whether you are playing games, celebrating a wedding or helping a girl who is hurt, you'll want to keep a couple tips in mind. No matter your size or weight, you can carry a girl to safety, win the games and make a good impression on your wedding night.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Smile and breathe deeply. You don't want a girl to hear you grunt and groan; nothing will disturb her more than thinking she is too heavy for you to carry.
Step2
Bend your knees, not your back. Put one arm under her two legs and the other arm behind her arms. Let her put her arms around your neck to hold up some of her weight.
Step3
Now stand up using your legs and lean back slightly. Shift your girl so that the weight is distributed evenly on both your arms.
Step4
Ask the girl to ride on your back if you don't think you can carry her in your arms. Stoop a little and let her put her arms around your shoulders as she hikes up one leg on each side of you. This works well in games where you need to be fast.
Step5
Consider what the girl is wearing and who is watching when you decide to carry her. While you don't want to embarrass yourself in front of the girl, you really don't want to set her up for ridicule by lifting up any of her clothes while you lift and carry her.
