Step 1
Shop at online stores dedicated to pantyhose for men. Visit websites like Comfilon.com, Lexwear.com and E-mancipate.net.
-
Step 2
Browse online catalogs for pantyhose. Note the fiber contents of each style. Give preference to pantyhose that contains at least 30 percent lycra, as a high lycra content increases comfort levels.
-
Step 3
Consult sizing and style guides available on the website, as not all pantyhose will fit all body types.
-
Step 4
Select the style, size and color of your preferred pantyhose. Note the compression level of each style of pantyhose before selecting it. Some compression levels may be more uncomfortable than others.
-
Step 5
Pick extra features for your pantyhose. Zippers, comfort panels, reinforced toes and opaque ankles increase pantyhose for men's usability. Buying pantyhose with opaque ankles, for example, allows you to wear the pantyhose in place of your regular socks.
-
Step 6
Place your order. Enter your personal and billing information.

on 11/1/2009 Yes it much important for men wear tights or pantyhose to keep legs and body protect from tiredness,etc.. also it feel so good when put it on as it much softy plus can wear trousers but best with shorts or skirts to get nice airflow to control the body normal without feel cold or too warm. Men will wear tights more in the future cos it time to change new fashion for men :)

on 10/12/2009 I have been a pantyhose fan for many years now. All of this is a good start, but you know...everything that I found was just superficial and did not answer some of my questions. For the longest time I thought that their was something wrong with me. So, I did what any bloke would do with some extra time on his hand...created my own website to share some of the things that I have learned, and hopefully create a forum for other to share. Check it out at:
http://www.pantyhoseaficionado.com
From the best pantyhose for men and women, to the best pantyhose websites, I hope to capture it all at pantyhoseaficionado.com
Enjoy,
PJ

on 7/31/2009 A few clarifications may be helpful. I don't believe the Lexwear site is still in business. The website may still be up, but they've not made the slightest change in it in more than 5 years. It was an experiment by Berkshire, the women's hosiery company to test market men's hosiery. However, they never did anything to promote it other than put up a web page. The hosiery they sold was rather nice, but it was probably sold to a secondary distributor to liquidate long ago.
As for opaque ankles, I think the author means having the lower part of the leg--from the knee down--made from opaque material, to similate a man's sock when worn under trousers. ActivSkin (Comfilon) sells a style like this that actually has a striped lower portion with sheer upper part above the knees. The effect is the appearance of black, striped, men's nylon dress socks. You can see these at www.activsk...
