Take a picture of the whiteboard with your digital camera. Stand back to get the entire image in your frame. You may need to take a few shots of individual sections of the whiteboard, if it's large and holds detailed information.

Use the settings on your digital camera to remove glare. Focus on something located near the whiteboard. While still holding the focus button down, turn and put the camera on the whiteboard and snap the picture. This helps eliminate unnecessary glare.

Send the image to your computer via email or copy it from your camera's image card. Email the picture to other people who need to receive the information.
