How to Automatically Watch Web Pages for Changes

Many web pages have RSS or Atom feeds that automatically let you know when the content of the website changes. For websites that don't have feeds, you can use either stand-alone programs or web-based programs to monitor changes. One free option is an extension for the Firefox browser called Update Scanner. You can easily add it to your browser to monitor website changes.
