Step 1
Organize your teams and learn their names and their strengths and weaknesses. Each member needs his own gun and equipment to play with. Investing in colored shirts or some other way of distinguishing your teammates is at your discretion.
-
Step 2
Practice silent movements to communicate with each other without being noticed in the field. Silent signals for telling teammates to move forward, back or hold a position can give your team an edge in the field.
-
Step 3
Earn your teammates' respect by doing your homework on the other team and learning strategies that work for the area and your team's skill level. As an Airsoft general, you teammates look to you for guidance.
-
Step 4
Make a map of the area where you will play your game. Mark out the elevation, base camp, places to reload and the opposing team's camp location. Study this map with your teammates.
-
Step 5
Load your team with people that can shoot like snipers and heavy hitters who can move swiftly and quietly. Be sure you have different types of guns for each position.
-
Step 6
Schedule games with teams the same size as yours. The more people on each team, the more fun and competitive the game is, and the longer it lasts.
