Being loving and good natured are not necessarily God given abilities. These aren't even things that you are born with. Many religions agree that people are born with a propensity to do the wrong thing. It is not until you learn to be loving that you become good natured. Here is how it all starts.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Find a good example of a loving person. Many people grow up in less than perfect homes where love was not present. Learn to love through people who are loving. Find a person that talks to their children instead of yells. Find a person who has peace when they are under immense pressure. Get close to them and find out their trade secrets.
Step2
Practice being nice. Give compliments that you really believe. Tell loved ones that you appreciate and love them. Help someone with their groceries who is struggling at the store. Replace the toilet paper in a public restroom if you use it all up. Start small and repeat the loving acts continuously.
Step3
Step away from the situation when you can't be nice. Go outside and go for a walk. Turn on your favorite upbeat music. Stand in front of a loud fan that drowns out the noises in the room and in your head.
Step4
Be dependable. Be on time. Let people count on you. Get used to being responsible for someone besides yourself. Start by getting a pet that depends on you. Then move on to human relationships. Cook dinner for someone. Show up when you say will.
Step5
Open up with people you care about. Let yourself be vulnerable. Be vulnerable and people will be vulnerable in return. Be friendly. Eventually you will be loving and in return turn into a good natured person.
