1
Make sure your parents will be gone when you plan on throwing your party. When figuring out what their plans are, be sure not to sound too interested or they'll know something is up. Typically, teenage girls are none too interested in knowing what their parents' plans are.
-
2
Schedule the party for the first day your parents are gone. It is better to have the party on the first day, so you have plenty of time to clean up. Also, this prevents them from walking in on your party if they get home early.

3
Invite people, but rely on word of mouth. Only invite your close friends and perhaps tell them that they can bring some people. If you are a calm and relaxed socialite who likes to party, invite whomever you want. Just be as discreet as possible.
-
4
The day of the party pick up some party supplies, whatever that might be. Get your music source ready and have lots of CDs or playlists on hand. Make sure that your sound system is not too loud that your neighbors to hear. Plan to serve some kind of refreshment.
-
5
Make some space for people to dance and hang out. This is also a good time to put away valuables and things you would not want to have broken or stolen. Have some sort of party games in mind, such as a trivia game or something like catchphrase, just in case people do not want to dance once the party starts.
-
6
Once the party starts, relax and have a good time. No one likes a cranky nervous host.

Tips & Warnings
Sending an email or passing out a flier to advertise your party is a surefire way of letting people know what is going on, and a way for your parents to find out after the fact.
When spreading the word about your teenage house party, make sure not to plan too far in advance or start telling people about it too soon. If your parents' plans change, you could have guests show up at a bad time.
