Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Locate a Tour de France athlete. You can sponsor a person that you already know of or you can find an athlete that wants to participate. Check with the officials who run the competition. They can assist you in locating an athlete that needs additional sponsors.

  2. Step 2

Offer financial assistance to the athlete to help pay for training costs. This should include proper clothing, shoes, gym memberships and personal trainers if necessary.

  3. Step 3

Make necessary travel arrangements for the Tour de France athlete. Be sure to cover most if not all the costs for the athlete. The athlete will need to arrive for the competition with enough time to adjust to time zone changes as well as climate changes.

  4. Step 4

Arrange for the Tour de France athlete to have a new bicycle and clothing attire. Both can be custom outfitted with your name and all the names of the sponsors. The names should be visible so that you can be sure that you are getting the credit for sponsoring the athlete.
