Skydiving is an adrenaline junkies' sport. You can execute a variety of moves while freestyle skydiving, such as the back loop, which you can learn while training. You must know how to get yourself out of spinning situations and how to do the back loop move correctly.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Learn how to do a back loop after you have mastered a tee move. The back loop is usually the most common of starting freestyle moves. It will teach you heading and timing control.

  2. Step 2

Start with the belly flat position when you are skydiving. Bring both of your legs towards you and then move them both downwards towards the earth.

  3. Step 3

Get into a stand-up position by pointing your legs and feet downwards and allow the wind to carry you. You can then stretch out both your arms for balance.

  4. Step 4

Keep your body straight at the waist and hold your arms out slightly forward and out to the sides. This position will help you with balance. Arch your back and allow the wind to flip you over. Keep your body straight.

  5. Step 5

Allow your body to flow through several of these back loops. Then come back to your belly to earth position to regain balance and form.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be very careful when doing freestyle moves. You will do the jump on your own and not with the help and support of another professional skydiver.
