Skydiving is an adrenaline pumping sport and can be a thrilling experience. You can make a variety of moves while skydiving, such as compound turns and moves. Sometimes you need to get yourself out of tough skydiving situations and it is important to do the compound moves and turns correctly. However, you must first learn and perfect these moves in a skydiving training class.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Practice doing turns in a skydiving tank before you set out and do the real thing. Many skydiving companies train their students in skydiving tanks that provide you with the same sensation as being in the air.

  2. Step 2

Perform the flat poses such as swan, tee, flying torso and the flat Y-scale. In the swan position, you will have your torso flat and straight while your legs remain straight in a formed layout.

  3. Step 3

Try the tee move where the torso is also in a flat position. You will have one leg horizontal and one leg straight. You will make your turns and positioning to make the tee move. Keep your chest flat and arms back to keep you steady.

  4. Step 4

Do the Y-scale turn and move. Place one leg as straight as you can with your torso. Use your other leg and keep it positioned and straight to the side of your head. Use your hand that is near this leg and hold it near your ankle.

  5. Step 5

Make sure you practice all of these turns and moves before setting yourself out into the sky. Ask a trainer to help you perfect these skydiving moves.
