Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Make sure you're running the latest version of the Firefox web browser. Then go to the Mozilla homepage and navigate through the Add Ons menu to the Extensions menu where you'll find the Map+ option. Read the specifications and then click "Install Now."
Step2
Click the "Tools" button on your Firefox browser and then click "Add-ons." In the Add-ons menu click the "Options" choice of the Map+ add-on. Enter your home address or any other address that you want to use as a default starting point for your maps.
Step3
Find an address that you want to map on any web page. Highlight as much of the address as you can and then right-click the highlighted text. Choose the "View map of..." option that's you see in the pop-up menu. A map of the address will open.
Step4
Click on any part of the map and drag your mouse in the direction that you want to push the map. So, if you want to see more of the left side of the map, for example, then click and hold the mouse cursor on the map and move your mouse to the right.
Step5
Change the zoom of the map by clicking the plus or minus sign on the sliding zoom meter or click the marker on the meter and drag it towards or away from the zoom in or zoom out option.
Step6
Alter details in the Address bar to change the address slightly. For example, if you were looking at 500 Maple Lane but want to see 600 Maple Lane, simply click onto the address bar, delete the 5 and replace it with a 6.
