Use a Disposable Baby Bottle

A disposable baby bottle is used by many mothers around the world. Parents and caregivers rely on the cleanliness of the disposable baby bottle liners. The baby gets a pre-sterilized liner each time and the parents have less bottle cleaning to do.

Instructions

    • 1

Purchase sterilized pre-formed bottle liners that fit your disposable baby bottle. Determine what type of disposable bottle you have. Go to the store and purchase disposable liners for that name brand. Most liners fit different bottles. Check the size and dimensions.

    • 2

Follow manufacturer guidelines for securing the liner in the bottle. Place the disposable liner inside the bottle. Allow an overhang of the disposable liner.

    • 3

Fill the disposable liner. Measure out the correct amount of liquid and formula in a measuring cup. Pour the correct amount of fluid into the lined baby bottle. Heat, use or freeze the contents. Frozen bags can be removed from the bottle once frozen.

    • 4

Place the nipple into the cap and twist the cap onto the bottle, making sure the seal is tight and the liquid does not leak when you turn the bottle on its side.

    • 5

Feed the baby. Tilt the bottle upside down to eliminate the ingestion of gas causing air. As long as the nipple is filled with fluid, the child will not ingest air.

    • 6

Throw away the liner and sterilize the bottle. Use warm soapy water to clean the nipple. Air dry the bottle and nipple.

Tips & Warnings

  • Choose disposable or reusable baby bottles and stick to it. The nipples on each of the bottles differs greatly and alternating bottles can confuse the infant.

  • Replace the nipple every three months or when damaged.
