Love You. Know The Difference Between Things You Can Change Love Them All.
Before we start any kind of diet or exercise regiment we got to get motivated. Take a night and give yourself a long hot bath. Do your toenails, arch your eyebrows give yourself some you time and love you unconditionally. Take a good look at yourself and understand the difference between the things you can change and the things you can't love them all. Do this for a healthier you not just for physical reasons.

First we start off small. Replace your fluid intake to water only. This is important. Drink 6-8 glasses a day to flush your system. This also clears your skin fast. Replace snacks with water or drink water with snacks. You feel fuller when water is accompanied by any food. So this is important. Drink Plenty Of Water.

Cut Out The Carbs.
Cut out the carbs. Carbohydrates take longer to burn. Breads, pasta, just take way longer to burn and they straight to your fatty areas. Replace bread with Wheat wraps or no carb bread. There are alot of substitutes in stores for everything so just look through the selection it might take a minute to find something to your taste but it will be worth it in the long run.

Eat 4-6 Small Meals a day
Eat 4-6 small meals a day. Not eating is a big no-no this slows down metabolism to almost a stand still not losing any weight at all. Eating small portions through the day keeps your metabolism active and runs faster.

Exercise.
Exercise. Cardio gets the heart pumping. Walking, jogging, eliptical are all ways of getting your heart pumping. Many treadmills have a screen which show you how many calories you burn that really gives you that boost.

Stay focused
Stay focused. Do simple things daily on your road to weight loss. Dont give up or expect to see results over night I can promise a healthier you.

using a sweat suit when exercising helps or wrap your fatty areas in saran wrap under clothing. garbage bags work also.
