Things You'll Need:
- Roast Chicken Ramen Noodles
- Leftover chicken
- 1 can Italian spice diced tomatoes (has basil, garlic, oregano seasoning in it)
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 2 qt. pot
- 1 cup water (per package)
- Additions if desired--sautéed mushrooms, onions, kale, zucchini, etc.

Step 1
Ramen noodles cook fast in boiling waterOver medium heat, heat water. Add Ramen Noodles and seasoning packet. Cook until noodles begin to separate about 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, chicken, spices and stir. Make sure to precook any extra veggies!Add 1 undrained can of Italian diced tomatoes along with 1 tsp. of additional oregano; stir.

Add diced chicken and any additional pre-cooked or sautéed vegetables you wish; stir.

Cover pot and allow to simmer on low heat about 5 minutes or until chicken is warmed through. Serve and enjoy.
