Do you know how to bake? How about a bake sale? Make sure you advertise this in advance to have your friends, family and neighbors come to help you out. Make sure you don't spend more on ingredients than you will earn.

Find a second job. It is becoming less common nowadays, but some companies still pay on a weekly basis. In any case, most are biweekly, which could still help on time.
