Hate your job? Want to quit but don't have the guts to walk out? How about getting fired? It takes the pressure off of you and puts the responsibility on your boss.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Persistence
  • Annoying quirks
  • The ability to be a jerk
  1. Step 1

Constantly come into work late. The first few times you might feel guilty about it, but you'll get used to sleeping in a little later.

  2. Step 2

Be lazy. Conveniently "forget" to do the things that are your responsibility. Or better yet, just don't do them. Wander around all day like you have nothing better to do.

  3. Step 3

Complain about everything. Complain about your hours, your pay, your coworkers, even your boss. Employers hate ungrateful workers.

  4. Step 4

Do a particularly poor job on everything. Never do anything 100 percent. Start with 50 percent and if no one takes notice, knock it down to 30 percent. Your boss will definitely take notice then.

  5. Step 5

Argue with your boss. Contradict him whenever possible. Disrespect his/her authority and act as thought you know everything. This is a surefire way to get your bags packed.

  6. Step 6

Be rude to coworkers, clients and customers. If the other things have gone unnoticed, this most certainly will not. Now others will bring your bad behavior to your employers attention, now he/she has to take notice. Start packing your bags.
