Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Sunglasses
- Moisturizer
- Facial creams
- SPF 15 sunscreen
- Skin-tightening facial mask
Step1
Drink eight full glasses of water each day. This will keep your skin hydrated, which will gently plump up existing wrinkles and discourage new ones from forming.
Step2
Wear sunglasses whenever you go out in the sun. This will keep you from squinting, which will prevent the fine lines around your eyes from turning into deep wrinkles.
Step3
Avoid using facial products containing alcohol. Alcohol is drying and can cause wrinkles to form. Use products containing water or witch hazel instead.
Step4
Use facial creams containing light, natural oils, such as evening primrose oil or avocado oil. These will absorb into your skin easily and plump up existing wrinkles.
Step5
Apply moisturizer as soon as you wash your face or shower. This will lock the water from washing into your face, keeping your face hydrated and smoothing out wrinkles.
Step6
Use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 whenever you go outside. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can toughen and age skin, leading to wrinkles. Sunscreen helps block these damaging effects.
Step7
Use a skin-tightening mask to treat your wrinkles. Facial masks containing mineral clay and witch hazel shrink pores and tighten skin to naturally reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Leave the mask on for no more than half an hour, to avoid drying out your skin, then wash it off with warm water.

on 5/31/2008 Hi,
I started developing pretty bad facial wrinkles after I crossed 35. I was pretty upset about it as I really didn't whink my skin would start degrading in my 30s. I tried altering my diet, took a lot of dark coloured vegetables such as beetroot and tomatoes as these were supposed to be good for wrinkles and also drank plenty of water. It didn't really work though and my Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Debrassion treatment to fade out my wrinkles. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she got rid of her wrinkles using a particular anti-wrinkle product. I tried it and it worked really well. Within 4 weeks my wrinkles had faded out and were barely visible. Really good stuff. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below.
