Use tofu whenever possible. Tofu is essentially a cake of compressed soy bean curd and it's extremely high in protein. Use it as a substitute for meat in stir-fry dishes, crumble it up and fry it with some turmeric as a substitution for scrambled eggs or blend it up with basil and oregano in a blender as a substitute for ricotta cheese in lasagna.

4
Use edamame. Edamame is a green soybean and it's often used in stir-fry dishes and rice-based dishes. You can also steam edamame in the pod, salt them and eat them as a snack.

Bake with soya flour. Blending it with regular flour will impart all of the beneficial properties of soya to you without creating too harsh of a taste in your baked goods.

6
Buy anti-aging facial products, such as moisturizer and eye cream, that have soy protein added to them. The soy protein will help strengthen the collagen in your skin, which will help prevent wrinkles from forming.

Tips & Warnings
You can buy soy milk off the shelf or from the refrigerator section of the grocery store. Soy milk off the shelf comes in a tightly sealed box, so it doesn't require refrigeration before opening and can last for a while before using it. Once you open it, however, it will require refrigeration. Soy milk obtained from the refrigerator section is highly perishable. It should be kept refrigerated at all times and used within a week of opening. The freshest taste is usually in refrigerated soy milk.
