Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • kitchen (with utensils)
  • eggs
  • a little know how
  1. Step 1

    Fill a sauce pan with about to 2/3 water and bring it to a boil.

  2. Step 2

    You can add some white vinegar to the water if you like. This will help the egg poach.

  3. Step 3

    Open an egg into a separate bowl and stir the boiling water to cool it down a bit. Lower the temperature of the water to a simmer before adding your egg. Once the water it at a simmer, now you can add your egg.

  4. Step 4

    Now cook them for 3-4 minutes and remove them from the water. Let any excess water drain off of your eggs before putting them on your plate.

Tips & Warnings
  • DO NOT ADD YOUR EGGS TO BOILING WATER! THEY WILL HARDEN THEM AND THEY WILL BE RUINED.
