To begin your trek to gorgeous, healthy hair, get a trim. Get your hair trimmed once a month to ensure growth and healthiness. Who looks good with split ends? Try to avoid hot irons as much as you can for awhile. To nurse your hair back to health, extreme heat will only suck out moisture and make it all the more brittle. If you have to heat iron it, buy a heat protection spray to spritz on before use. This provides some protection from more damage.
Step2
Use a deep moisturizing mask once or twice a week. Rub a good amount through your hair and put a can on it. Leave in as long as you think necessary. This deeply moisurizes your strands and strengthens it. Once a week use a clarifying shampoo to remove excess buildup and grease. This works wonders!
Step3
When you hop out of the shower, brush carefully, working from the bottom up. This prevents any breakage. Let air dry preferably. If you have to, use the cool setting. Rub shine serum through your hair and mess up the roots for body.
Step4
SECRET RECIPIEs: Mayonniase is hair magic! Smear through hair and leave in for 30 minutes. Be sure to rinse and wash after. This gives your hair the drink it needed! 2. Mix a couple of drops of lemon juice to your shampoo for added shine!
Tips & Warnings

Use moisturizing conditioner for dry hair
Don't use conditioner daily for oily hair
For frizz, get a hot oil treatment..(Sold at stores or professionally done!)
