Step 1
Take a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. The Brooklyn Bridge connects the city of Brooklyn to lower Manhattan. Take pictures of DUMBO, the East River and the Manhattan Bridge as you examine the intricate detail of the bridge and the architecture of the buildings in both boroughs. Think of the walk as not only a tourist site, but a landmark that links together two of the world's best cities.

Step 2
Visit Prospect Park. There are many sites to visit in and around Prospect Park. There is the historic Grand Army Plaza, which is located near the entrance of the park, the Lefferts Historic House for children and Prospect Park Zoo. This is the only zoo in Brooklyn.

Stop by the Brooklyn Museum. The Brooklyn Museum is one of the United States oldest and largest museums. The museum has Egyptian, African and Contemporary art. Feel free to visit the museum's website and add the Brooklyn Museum to your day planner.

Take the subway to the New York Aquarium in Coney Island. According to the New York Aquarium's website, it has over 350 species of aquatic wildlife and over 8,000 specimens. The aquarium also has an indoor café for refreshments. Take a stroll on the boardwalk, once you have finished your tour of the New York Aquarium.

Try a slice of Junior's cheesecake. Junior's is a celebrated Brooklyn eatery. There are eight traditional cheesecakes and over 10 fancy and seasonal cheesecakes. Junior's is located on Flatbush Avenue Extension only seconds away from the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge.

Create your very own pizza tour. Come to Brooklyn on an empty stomach! Do some research and find a few of Brooklyn's topped ranked pizzerias. Try one slice from a few different places. Make sure you bring a friend who is willing to help your clean your plate!
