You can use ganache to dip strawberries or pour over cakes instead of frosting.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • bowl
  • 1 1/2 pound semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 pound of heavy cream
  • 2 oz corn syrup
  • pot to heat cream
  1. Step 1

    Put chocolate and corn syrup in a bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Heat cream until its hot enough to melt the chocolate.
    add cream to bowl with chocolate and corn syrup.

  3. Step 3

    Mix until smooth and shiny. That's it!

Tips & Warnings
  • Use pretty quickly, because it tends to set up.
