Step1
Diet is the key to an 8 pack. You need a healthy diet with lots of veggies and lean meats to keep your body fat low. You body fat needs to be below 10% to see an 8 pack.
Step2
Lift heavy weights. Skinny boys can have an 8 pack but they are far more impressive on a fit, muscular body. Lift heavy weights to get an impressive 8 pack.
Step3
Get a tan. An 8 pack will show more if your skin is darker. If you are pale and know you have an 8 pack but it's hard to see, consider going tanning or rubbing on some tinted tan cream.
