Things You’ll Need:

• paypal account

2. The first thing you need to do, if you haven't already, is sign up on ebay. Go to www.ebay.com and and register. If you want to make selling easier, then go to www.paypal.com and sign up.The majority of ebay buyers use paypal because it is safe and easy to use.
3. Once you complete the registrtion process, you can begin selling! Go to sell at the top right of the screen and start selling. You have two choices:
   1. Keep it simple
   2. Customize your listing
   
   Number 2 is much better because you are able to change and customize everything in your listing.
4. USPS RATES Using number 2:
   
   -Pick a category
   
   -Add a title, description and a picture. The first picture is free.
   
   -Now you need to choose a starting price for your auction. Choose a low value to bring in more buyers but not too low that you will loose money if only one person bids on your item.
   
   -Choose the quantity and duration (1,3,5,7,10 days). It is best to choose 7 day duration because it will allow your item time to receive plenty of views.
   
   -Pick your payment type: Paypal, Money Orders, Checks.
   
   -Pick your shipping options (new users should stick to shipping only to the USA)
   
   -**VERY IMPORTANT***: Change your buyer requirements next! Click on change buyer requirements and check all of the boxes. This will stop unwanted bidders from winning your item.
   
   -Add a return policy if you would like.
   
   NOW YOU ARE DONE! Click Continue --->
5. PAYPAL FEES Now you will see your listing and what fees you will pay.

6. Once you submit your item you can view to in My Ebay at the top right of the home screen.
   
   Here you can see how many people are watching your item as well as who is bidding on your item.

Tips & Warnings

• Check the feedback of the people bidding on your item. Make sure that there feedback is high and that they are reliable.
• Don't ship too anyone you don't want too! Make it clear in your listing that you ship only to the USA!
• Choosing 1,3 day durations is sometimes a red flag that the item is fake or bootlegged(DVD). Someone looking for quick cash! Stick with 5 and 7 day durations.
