Things You'll Need:
- Cannoli Shells
- Marscapone Cheese
- Ricotta Cheese
- Marsala Wine
- Cinnamon
- Confectioners Sugar
- Grated semi sweet chocolate
- vanilla extract

Step 1
Grab a bowl and combine 1 1/2 cup ricotta and 1 1/2 cup marscapone cheese. Add 4 TBSP of Confectioners Sugar.

One pinch or two of cinnamon. A TSP of vanilla, some grated chocolate and a Splash or two of Marsala Wine.. Incorporate everything. Yummy!

Mix it all together. If you like you can add more or less of everything.
Fill your shells when you are about to eat your cannoli's. Sprinkle confectioner sugar on top of shells and serve with fresh berries, whip cream and grated chocolate. Mint for garnish
