Step 1
Decide what you want, if losing weight fast is really the thing, you should have no problems in completing your goal. Your will power and how hard you work will be the thing that decides of whether you loose weight or not.

Get yourself off the chair and into the gym, no one else will work out for you. Get a gym that is close to your home of that suits you good.

Take an hour of your time and go do some cardio exercises, I know people nowadays have very little to no spare time but if you want something badly enough you can make time.

Once you get to the gym start out with full body exercises and if you want to lose weight you should focus on more reps and more sets since that is what will exhaust your body and burn fat.

Get a diet. Diets are the most important part of your weight loss program. If you can have a good diet and follow it, you are as good as done already.
