Depression is a common problem in today's advanced world. It is not easy to get rid of it. But my tips may help overcome it a bit, and the good thing about them is that they can be conveniently practised.
When you get depressed, go to another room, if possible. Staying in that same room sometimes enhances the depression.
Step2
Go to the washroom and calm your self down with a long breath. Then wash your hands, face(also give a wet touch to hair), arms(including elbows) and feet respectively.
Step3
Drink a glass of cold water. Try to take a glass with large mouth(it always feels good).
Step4
Then lie down on a comfortable bed or a sofa. If it is not possible, your floor can also do the job. Remember, always lie facing east because it is good for your heart and lungs.
Tips & Warnings
If you are suffering from any type of psychological disorder you may consult a doctor. Extreme depression cases should also be referred to a psychiatrist.
