Pop Punk started it's beginnings in popularity in the early 2000s... It was a reaction to Pop Music's sugary sweet brand of music...Pop Punk has it's roots in old school bands however .... But here is how to be Pop Punk....

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • CDs of music
  • CD player
  • imitation leopard skin clothing
  • mass produced Anarchy signs in jewlery

Step1
Pop Punk has it's roots in old school music such as- 1) Operation Ivy- a predominantly Ska passed band 2) Rancid- the band that formed when Operation Ivy broke up 3) Green Day- Major Label Pop Punk band that has its' beginnings in the underground 4) local bands- Local Bands really carry on the PopPunk sound being that the kids are generally younger and have that high pitched sound in their music.
Step2
The Style. Pop Punk is more decorative than plain Punk such as wearing Fake Leopard and Zebra Skin Clothing and put those accessories on the Car Seat Covers of imitation animal prints....Brightly Coloured and black Bondage Pants meant for the basic look, not for actally doing bondage...
Step3
The jewlery. Also in the early 2000s were a wave of mass-produced Pop Punk jewlery with the words Anarchy and Punk put on them as a charm and also Great Britain flag jewlery, popular with Great Britain based Punk bands such as The Sex Pistols... Wearing the jewlery that had tiny colourful colours & Pop Punk Styles imbedded in their jewlery made Punk popular....

Tips & Warnings

  • You can hand make your Anarchy signs with putting them across American Flags and American flage shirts....
