Things You’ll Need:
- A want to improve your complexion.
- Honey.
- Onion.
- oatmeal.
Step1
Stop eating fast food. High-fat food like chocolate, chips and fried food does a number on our complexion.
Step2
Eat more brown rice to prevent pimples and other facial blemishes.
Step3
Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily to clean out the waste in the skin to keep your complexion looking fresh and healthy.
Step4
Keep your complexion pimple free by using a half and half paste of mashed cooked onion and honey. Keep on for up to 15 minutes.
Step5
To control the spread of acne spread plain oatmeal on face and let sit for at least ten minutes.
