Things You’ll Need:
- 1 pound raw peeled shrimp
- 1 pound crawfish
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 box fettucine noodles
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
- 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cup water
Step1
Rinse shrimp, crawfish and sausage and chop to the size you prefer.
Step2
Chop red, green and yellow peppers, onions and garlic.
Step3
Heat the saucepan. When water droplets sizzle in pan, it is hot enough. Add olive oil, sausage, shrimp, crawfish, peppers, onions and garlic to the pan.
Step4
Stir ingredients in pan frequently until tender.
Step5
Add fettucine noodles and 1 1/2 cup of water. Add old bay seasoning and cayenne pepper.
Step6
Stir ingredients together and cover.
Step7
Stirring frequently, lower heat and allow noodles to get tender.
Step8
When noodles are tender, continue to stir and make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
