Pick a book. Start reading it deeply with out any distraction. Finally u ll be near the heavens door for sure.

METHOD 2:
Take a deep breath 5 Times. Close your eyes. Breath normally concentrate on your breadth with out any distraction.
Step3
METHOD 3:

Lay down on your bed. Count numbers reversibly from 999 to 1. If you count goes wrong start from the first.
