How to Teach Your Baby About Jesus Christ

When my twins were infants, my mom purchased a Praise Baby DVD from her church in Westminster, CA. This DVD was called "Born to Worship." Ever since my twins were about three months old, they have been watching this DVD, along with two other DVD's from the same company. These DVD's are a wonderful tool to use in allowing your baby to hear popular Christian songs. Let me tell you how I let my twins watch these DVD's.

Teaching Baby about Jesus Christ

1. First, make sure you have a television and DVD player to play your Praise Baby DVD on. Now, turn on your television and DVD player and insert the Praise Baby DVD.
2. Like I stated above, when my twins were about 3 months old, my Mom purchased this cool DVD from the Praise Baby Company. They are based in Franklin, Tennessee and their Christian DVDs are a hit with not only me, but my twins. The Praise Baby Collection is a DVD showing babies ages 0-36 months all the things in God's Creation. Babies will learn about water, animals, babies, alphabets (A B C), numbers (1 2 3) and so much more. Each DVD has a child development expert involved in the process of the DVDs.
3. This is the first DVD, Praises and Smiles, which is age appropriate for babies 0-36 months. This DVD is about stimulating your babies ever growing and expanding brain. This DVD teachs your baby cognitive skills, social skills and emotional skills. Songs on this DVD include "Open the Eyes of My Heart" and "God Is Love".
4. Just like the first DVD, "God of Wonders" also teaches baby their cognitive skills by showing them animals, flowers, colors and shapes. Eventually, your baby will become familiar with each frame of this DVD and probably tell you the next scene, before it appears in the TV! That is what my twins do.
5. Right after this "God of Wonders" DVD is, "Born to Worship", which is age appropriate for babies 0-36 months. When your baby is this young, their minds are like sponges and allowing your baby to listen to and watch this "Born to Worship" DVD will nuture their spiritual and intellectual development capacity. The "Born to Worship" DVD shows babies different colors, shapes along with teaching baby cognitive, emotional and spiritual development.
6. If you would rather have your baby listen to the Praise Baby CD Collection, here it is. The same somes from the DVD are also on the CD Collection.
7. The more your baby watches or listens to the Praise Baby Collections (DVD or CD), they will not only learn beautiful music, but they will learn colors, shapes, wonderful cognitive, emotional and spiritual skills that will stay with them from infanthood on up.
   
   The best thing you, Mommy or Daddy, can do with your baby, or babies, is watch the DVDs with them. Interact with your baby, or babies, and show and tell them about each object or color on the DVD. It will be funf or the both or three of you.
