Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
Squat a lot. Squat is the key to building mass and getting huge legs. Squat at least twice a week.
Step2
Eat like a horse to get huge legs. Make sure to eat at least 1g protein for every pound you weigh.
Step3
Keeping a low bodyfat will make your legs ripped and look huge, even if they aren't.

on 4/29/2008 Also, keep in mind like Easyrider mentioned, that proper caloric and protein intake are required, or you will find yourself with no energy to pound out those squats.

on 4/29/2008 When Arnold himself mentioned that he sometimes squatted to the point of puking, thats when it was time to go home. Muscles in the leg were designed to take a beating, just because they are sore during the workout doesnt mean they will be sore the next morning. Squat until it is completely impossible to do another set. They have to be worked to fatigue. You will get swole legs in a matter of months and doing that for a year will reap you great gains.
