Diet is the key to a flat tummy. Eat lots of vegetables and stay away from starchy carbs like white bread, potatoes and rice.
Step2
Do flat tummy exercises. Leg raises, crunches and running will all make your tummy flat.
Step3
Do more cardio to get your bodyfat down and get a flat tummy. Try biking, swimming, running or hiking to be more active.
