You will need Cilantro, white onion, tomato, green serano peppers, salt/pepper,lime juice and olive oil.
Step1
Grab a bowl and set out your Misen Plas-That means to get all your ingredients together. You will want to rough chop your Cilantro. I try not to have to many stems, so take the Cilantro leaves off the stems and rough chop. Dont forget to take out the serrano seeds.
Step2
You will then dice your Tomato, Onion, and Serrano Peppers. I recommend One good chubby pepper. Watch out that you do not touch your eyes or facial area when you are dealing with peppers. It will cause you some discomfort from the oils. Add to a bowl, and mix with your hands.
Step3
Add a little lime juice and olive oil. Salt/pepper to taste. Thats it! OLE'
Tips & Warnings
You can add this as a topping for chicken, fish or just about anything to spice it up!
Remember to wash your hand after you handle the green Serrano Peppers!!!
