You will pay the entire cars value and own it outright with the ability to sell or trade it in later on. You do not need to worry about how many miles you put on the car since it is yours. You can pay off your car and be debt free if you choose.

When you lease a car although your payments are much cheaper then buying the car, you may be stuck with much more cost at the end when the lease is up. Leasing a car you have to pay the depreciation charge and the finance charge. The depreciation is the amount that the vehicle loses of its value during your lease. Also when you lease a car you can not change the car in any way. Where as when you buy the car it is yours and you can do anything you want to it.

So when you are planning on purchasing your vehicle there are many things that you should consider before planning your financing option. Do not just think about a lower monthly payment because you can really be penalized in the end of a lease if you put to many miles on the car. As well as if you choose to end you lease before the lease is up, it can cost you alot!
