Start by rolling at a moderate speed with your feet in an ollie position. (back foot on the tip of the tail and front foot across the middle of the board)
Step2
Now, pop an ollie. Really, the higher the better for this trick as the spin of the late shuv it doesn't begin until you're on your way back down.
Step3
Now, once you've reached the apex of your ollie and your board evens out, apply a small amount of force downwards while downing a slight scissor kick. This scissor kick it what starts the board rotating hence the late shuv it. (I think it is easier to frontside late shuv it, hencewhen you do the slight scissor kick, kick your back foot forwards and your front foot backwards for the board to spin frontside.)
Step4
Now, once your board has done a 180 spin, quickly stop the rotation and gain control by stomping your feet back on the board and pressing it to the ground.
Step5
Now, roll away, preferably with your feet on the bolts. This trick takes a little practice but its good for games of skate and throwing down 15 stairs.
Tips & Warnings
Make sure you get a high ollie and plenty of hang time. It you can't ollie very high then the board won't have to rotate on the way down.
