How to Remove Ink mark on your clothing

Use hair spray to remove an ink stain.

Have you ever accidentally gotten an ink mark on your clothing? On lighter clothes, you may believe that the piece of cloth has been ruined. Washing with regular detergents may not work, even if you use a prewash stain remover. However, here is a little handy tip to for ink mark removal, of any size or color, from your clothing.

Things You'll Need

• Hair spray
• Laundry detergent

Instructions

1. Get a can of regular type hairspray. Use a pump type to be more environmentally friendly. If you don't want the smell of a fragrance on your clothing, use an unscented hairspray.

2. Spray a small amount directly on the stain about 2 inches away. The ink will start to dissolve on the fabric. Let it set for a couple of seconds.

3. Place a little dab of liquid laundry detergent on the stain and rub in. Launder as normal and the stain should come out in the wash.
