First you need to realize that you are suppose to drink more water in a day than any other drink. You can still drink milk, juice, and pop but you should in moderation.

Next before you eat drink a cup of water you will eat less. This does work. You should make a goal of drinking at least 8 cups a day if not more. Although you should not drink too much because you can over do it.

As you drink more water you will pee more which will help you lose the old water in your body that it stores. Remember in school we are 90% water so replenish it.

Do not over drink water or other drinks as you could retain fluid.
