How to Email Entire Contents of a Folder

You probably know how to send a file as an email attachment. But have you ever needed to send a large number of files to one person? If so, then you might be interested in learning how to email the entire contents of a folder.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Computer using Microsoft Windows version XP or earlier
• Windows-based email program with an active account

1. Navigate to the folder containing the files you want to email.

2. Open the folder.

3. Under “File and Folder Tasks” in the task pane, click “Email This Folder’s Files.”

4. Your email program will open with a new email message. Type in the recipient’s email address, a subject and any other information.

5. Click “Send.”
