You probably know how to send a file as an email attachment. But have you ever needed to send a large number of files to one person? If so, then you might be interested in learning how to email the entire contents of a folder.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer using Microsoft Windows version XP or earlier
  • Windows-based email program with an active account
  1. Step 1

    Navigate to the folder containing the files you want to email.

  2. Step 2

    Open the folder.

  3. Step 3

    Under “File and Folder Tasks” in the task pane, click “Email This Folder’s Files.”

  4. Step 4

    Your email program will open with a new email message. Type in the recipient’s email address, a subject and any other information.

  5. Step 5

    Click “Send.”
