How to Choose the Right Perfume

Is your perfume having the desired effect? Every woman possesses her own scent. Factors such as skin type and acidity play an important role. However, personality must not be overlooked when selecting the perfect scent.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Do not test more than two fragrances at the time to avoid overloading your senses. Otherwise, all of the perfumes will start smelling the same.
Step2
Give a fragrance at least one hour to develop on your skin. Do not rub your skin after you spray.
Step3
Spray the perfume all over your body to ensure it lasts. Do not limit yourself to a dab over your wrist or behind the ears, as the scent will rise and disappear. Having clean hair is important too, for it will hold the fragrance well. Likewise, oily skin will hold the scent longer than dry skin.
Step4
Be bold. This season, try perfumes with rich vanilla and jasmine undertones with base notes of white musk for a fresh aroma. Perfumes with a floral touch and lots of sandalwood are very popular this season.

Tips & Warnings

  • Spray your favorite perfume twice a day, for they are designed to last for about four hours.
