It's two treats in one when your combine a grilled cheese sandwich with pizza. It's delicious, too. Follow these steps to make a grilled cheese pizza sandwich.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Two slices of mozzarella cheese (shredded is fine, too)
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Two slices of bread (Italian preferably but regular bread will do)
  • Softened butter
  • Spatula
  • Skillet
  1. Step 1

    Butter each slice of bread on both sides.

  2. Step 2

    Place cheese on one slice of bread and cover with four or five pepperonis.

  3. Step 3

    Cover with second slice of bread and place in skillet, cooking three to five minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Check cooking side and when it's browned to your desire, flip and cook for another three to five minutes. Make sure the cheese has melted.

  5. Step 5

    Remove from heat, serve and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • To make less crunchy sandwich, leave sandwich in skillet off of the heat and covered for several minutes.
  • If you want to cut the sandwich, be sure to use a sharp or serrated knife so that the pepperoni cuts with the bread and cheese.
