Things You'll Need:
- Two slices of mozzarella cheese (shredded is fine, too)
- Sliced pepperoni
- Two slices of bread (Italian preferably but regular bread will do)
- Softened butter
- Spatula
- Skillet

Step 1
Butter each slice of bread on both sides.

Step 2
Place cheese on one slice of bread and cover with four or five pepperonis.

Cover with second slice of bread and place in skillet, cooking three to five minutes.

Check cooking side and when it's browned to your desire, flip and cook for another three to five minutes. Make sure the cheese has melted.

Remove from heat, serve and enjoy.
