on 7/30/2008 The way I do it is I put 4 to 6 uncooked pork chops, sliced in quarter inch slices, into a pot, then I pour one cup of ketchup on top and one can of coke. I heat it on high until it starts to bubble and boil and fizz, then lower the heat to medium low, cover and let simmer for about 45 minutes. Then I take the lid off, and stir constantly on medium high heat until the sauce thickens to the way I like it. It's delicious! and the pork comes out so juicy and tender. I spoon it over rice and serve it with either beens or corn on the side. People can never quite put their finger on what the taste is, but they ALWAYS want more (and they beg me for the recipe.) Kids really like it too.
