Here's an easy, quick, inexpensive and delicious dinner recipe. Read on to learn how to make a simple chicken and rice casserole.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Three medium-sized skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • One cup of milk
  • Two small cans of cream of chicken soup
  • One and a half cups of rice
  • Mixing bowl
  • Table spoon
  • Aluminum foil
  • Medium glass casserole dish
  • Measuring cup
  • Paprika
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    In mixing bowl, combine milk and soup and then stir in rice.

  3. Step 3

    Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and place chicken breasts in a row in the center of the dish.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the ingredients from mixing bowl onto the chicken. Sprinkle paprika and cover the dish with aluminum foil.

  5. Step 5

    Place into oven and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your oven. Serve and enjoy.
