Go to your local fabric store and purchase a some measuring tape. Measure your back all around to the front of your nipples. Measure a hand length from your navel up the center of your abdomen measure the area closest to your breast. Some bigger department stores will fit you for a bra which is helpful.

Just make sure your comfortable in it and it doesn't leave bra marks.
