Dry cleaners are expensive and ironing is no fun. This How To article explains how to get the wrinkles out of a shirt simply by placing it in the dryer.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Wrinkled shirt
  • Heated dryer
  • Wash cloth
  1. Step 1

Place the wrinkled shirt in a heated dryer by itself.

  2. Step 2

Take a clean, white wash cloth and saturate it with tap water from the sink.

  3. Step 3

Place the soaking wet wash cloth in the dryer with the dry, wrinkled shirt.

  4. Step 4

Turn the dryer on high heat and let it run for 15 minutes.

  5. Step 5

The shirt and the wash cloth will come out of the dryer piping hot and the shirt will have smoothed out from the steam generated by the one-time soaking wet wash cloth.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try to do one shirt at a time, as the less dry surface area for the steam to touch, the better.
